In September 2024, I had the pleasure of joining a distinguished panel titled “Educating Future Textile Designers: Inclusive Learning and Development Through Artificial Intelligence,” moderated by Gül Bolulu, President of the Turkish Textile Designers’ Association.
This thought-provoking session featured insights from Prof. Dr. Günay Atalayer of Marmara University, AI educator Özgecan Üstgül, and myself, textile designer Büşra Balota. Together, we explored how artificial intelligence can enhance design education, foster inclusivity, and reshape the creative development of future professionals.
